  • "Jess is an amazing and inspiring yoga teacher, her classes always put a big smile on my face and make me feel happy, calm and grounded.

    During the class I feel free to adapt the practice, scaling down or up the intensity based on how I feel, as she always offers plenty of options for all levels and moods! Also, for me yoga should be a complete practise, for body and especially mind, it should help me reconnect with my inner self, and with Jess I get exactly that! Every time I learn something new about the yoga philosophy and things that I can bring into my daily life, such as meditation and breathing techniques. Hi, I’m Jess, I’m a life coach and yoga, meditation and mindfulness teacher. I’ve been teaching since 2015 in and around London and now I’m based online.

I’m passionate about helping people deepen and elevate their relationship with themselves and to find greater mental wellbeing, so they can lead happier and healthier lives.

I use Eastern and Western teachings and modalities to inspire us to let go of our crap and to help cultivate a positive mindset - one of greater love and compassion.
